It's Timeline Jumping Season!

The gate is wide open. You can feel it, can't you? Let's skip the overly lengthy think piece (well, not too lengthy, lol). Instead, let's create sacred space together, right here, right now. Breathe deeply—and read.
Winter Solstice, the "darkest day" of the year, occurs on December 20-21, when the Earth's axis is tilted farthest from the Sun. Afterward, on December 22nd, the axis begins to tilt back, and the days gradually lengthen, inviting sunlight to return and awaken the world.
The Winter Solstice is sacred and spiritual because it represents the eternal cycle of death and rebirth—our ability to release the old and emerge stronger, brighter, and more aligned. It marks a profound turning point as the longest night yields to growing light, bringing energy for renewal, growth, and transformation.
This time invites us to align with the Divine through surrender, stillness, introspection, and connection. It’s a moment to let go of what no longer serves us, set intentions for the year ahead, and honor the quiet power of winter as a space for deep inner work.
Two truths to hold close:
Winter Solstice is POTENT, yet it asks little of us. Stillness and presence are all that's required. That. is. it.
We are extremely fortunate this Solstice. Pregnant possibilities are all around us with the potential to bring our wildest dreams to fruition. The doors (and there are many) are flung wide open with this one!
Here's what to know and do to allow the blessings to unfold:
Release: Understand that any element of self (belief, habit, feeling, etc) that is in opposition to your dream will cease to exist. If you have been engaged in innerwork before now, you are likely feeling the "new you - new Earth" vibe already. If you are just beginning, you will experience a gradual release of the outdated material.
Shift and Embrace: You may feel strange due to the sudden timeline jump and purging of old energy. Resist the urge to retrieve the familiar. Do not look back.
Devotion: No need to anticipate or entertain struggle-ascension in this time. The shadow work is to simply breathe deeply in each moment of each day. I mean actual deep, conscious, loving breaths. That's the practice. Focus your thoughts and feelings on the breath. Maintain a devotion to it. (Seems too simple huh? We've become addicted to and bamboozled by complex rituals. I promise you, devotion to deep, conscious breathing is not as easy as it appears AND extremly powerful).
If it resonates to go deeper in Solstice, read below for the Winter Solstice ceremony to root yourself in its pristine energy.
Materials needed:
Personal altar or table (nightstand, etc will do)
Paper
Pen
1 white candle that will burn out in 1-2 nights.
1 white candle candle that will last 11 days or 11 white tea light candles.
Process:
December 20th: Write a releasing statement, naming thoughts, feelings, and patterns you wish to let go of. Sit with it in prayer or meditation.
December 21st: Burn your releasing statement using the first candle. Spend as much time as possible in solitude and reflection.
December 22nd: Write an intention statement—what you seek to manifest. Place the candle atop this statement and keep it lit through January 1st. Revisit your intention daily, hourly, repeating or reciting it aloud. Repetition is key.
The beauty of sacred times such as the Solstice is that we do not need to obsess over the content of our statements. Life will bring us exactly what we need to move us from point A to point B.
However, it does helps to establish a devotion: something you do every day with love. Examples of devotions are: deep, conscious breathing, meditation, and adherence to "do not condemn, do not complain, do not criticize".
*Mastery tip: strive for a completion and/or accuracy rate of 90%.
This sacred space is now closing and trust that your intent is blossom.
Be ready. One day soon, you'll wake to find your dream has become your reality.
